I don't know where to start with any type of natural program. How would you suggest I start?
Unless there is a specific concern, I would recommend starting with supporting the Digestive System. Most everything you put into your body has to go through the digestive tract to be broken down so it can be assimilated. Poor digestion affects all of the body. You might notice digestive complaints but, the function of your Immune System can also be affected - modern science shows that most of your immune system is located in the gut.
Why do you have so many product choices?
Each person is different. Many times what works for me might not be the best choice for you, that's why we have so many different choices available for you, plus we have the knowledge and tools available to help you make your best decisions. There are many factors involved when choosing natural products: quality, purity, the region where they are grown, are some, as well as the individual using the products - age, gender, lifestyle, are just some the things that must be taken into account.
What exactly do you do?
